Airport
There some direct international flights into Cairns as well as daily flights from all the Australian major cities. Currently, there are direct flights into Cairns from Auckland, Hong Kong, Singapore (via Darwin) and Japan (Tokyo, Osaka). However, most international visitors connect through Brisbane or Sydney. The Cairns Airport is only 10 minutes from the city centre. Transport choices from the airport to the Cairns central business district include taxis, hotel shuttles and car rental. In addition, the Sun Palm Transport Group operate airport shuttle bus services to hotels, city centre, Northern Beaches, Palm Cove, Port Douglas, Cape Tribulation and south to Mission Beach. Visas
You will need your passport and a VISA to enter Australia. Theses visas must be arranged prior to your arrival in Australia. For some nationalities, an electronic visa can be issued on-line. For other nationalities, you must apply for your visa through a service provider. Please confirm your visa requirements using the link below and obtain the correct visa as necessary. The conference organisers are not responsible if you are denied entry into Australia because of visa problems. Some Australian visas take a long time to process. An absolute minimum of 2 weeks is required. So please arrange your visa as required as soon as possible.

Venue
The conference venue is the Cairns Convention Centre which is located on the waterfront in the central business district at the corner of Wharf and Sheridan Streets. It is within a 5-15 walk to accommodation, restaurants, and the Promenade. All scientific sessions, including the plenary sessions, poster sessions, and workshops, as well as the welcome reception will be held at the Cairns Convention Centre.
Wireless internet access will be available throughout the Convention Centre for the duration of the conference. In addition, a limited number of computers will be available for ISAG e-voting. A small cafe within the Centre will be open during the conference. Morning and afternoon teas and lunch will be served in Hall 2 with the posters and exhibits.
