Social Activities

Tickets to the social activities, including tea and coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome reception, and the gala dinner, are included in the regular and accompanying person registration. For organizational purposes, please confirm your attendance at these events.

Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception will take place at 18:00 on Sunday, July 20 in National Science Museum. This kick-off event will include drinks and snacks.

Gala Dinner

The ISAG 2025 Gala Dinner will take place on Thursday, July 24 in Daejeon Convention Center(DCC). The sit-down dinner will be accompanied by entertainment.

Mid-conference Tours

Mid-conference tours will be available to all delegates and accompanying people on Wednesday, July 23. The cost for the tour is not included in your registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

To be eligible for a refund of conference registration fees, requests must be dated on or before these cancellation dates:

60 days prior to the event 90% registration refund
30 days prior to the event: 50% registration refund
Within 30 days of the event: No refund

These cancellation dates apply only to the conference registration fees. Please consult the housing information for the hotel credit card charging, early departure and cancellation policy.
