Cancellation Policy

To be eligible for a refund of conference registration fees, requests must be dated on or before these cancellation dates:

60 days prior to the event 90% registration refund
30 days prior to the event: 50% registration refund
Within 30 days of the event: No refund

These cancellation dates apply only to the conference registration fees. Please consult the housing information for the hotel credit card charging, early departure and cancellation policy.

Social Activities

Tickets to these social activities are included in regular and accompanying person registration. For organizational purposes, please confirm your attendance.

Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception will take place on Sunday, July 20. This kick-off event will include drinks and snacks.

Gala Dinner

The ISAG 2025 Gala Dinner will take place on Thursday, July 24. The sit-down dinner will be accompanied by entertainment.

Tours

Mid-conference tours will be available to all delegates and accompanying people on Wednesday, July 23. The cost for the tour is not included in your registration fee.
